The campaign "Children in the Spotlight!" continues in Beshenkovichi.
School holidays are coming to an end, and there is very little time left to purchase stationery and school uniforms. In this regard, Beshenkovichi rescuers, together with activists of the "Young Firefighter" club, as part of the first stage of the republican campaign "In the Spotlight - Children!", conducted preventive measures at one of the retail outlets in the urban settlement.
Visitors were informed about safety rules on the street, at home, and at school, as well as how to properly use a fire extinguisher. They were also reminded of the need to install an autonomous fire alarm, which can timely notify about smoke in the premises, consequently saving someone's life and reducing fire damage. Rescuers recommended installing the mobile application "Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus: Help is Nearby," which provides answers to solve many emergency situations. Adults were reminded that under no circumstances should children be left unattended, as this can lead to tragic consequences. An educational quiz was held with the children, during which everyone received a gift for a correct answer.
