Monitoring of IP "AVTOCAB" was carried out in Beshenkovichi
The Inspection for Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of CHTUUP "AUTOCAB" with the aim of ensuring fire safety.
During the work carried out, the following issues were studied:
compliance by the head, officials, and employees with fire safety responsibilities;
compliance by the head, officials, and employees with fire safety responsibilities;
availability of fire safety instructions, compliance with established requirements for their development and content;
compliance with general fire safety requirements at the facility;
compliance with building maintenance requirements;
compliance with technological process organization requirements;
compliance with requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire;
compliance with requirements for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems;
compliance with requirements for the procedure of fire safety training and verification of employees' knowledge of fire safety.
Based on the monitoring results, violations of the "General Fire Safety Requirements for the Maintenance and Operation of Capital Structures (Buildings, Structures), Isolated Premises, and Other Facilities Belonging to Business Entities," approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017, No. 7 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" (hereinafter referred to as GFPS), Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of April 20, 2018, No. 21 "On Establishing the Form of the Fire Evacuation Plan" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2018, No. 21), NPB 15 – 2007* "Scope of Application of Automatic Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Suppression Systems" (hereinafter referred to as NPB 15 – 2007*) were identified:
the fire evacuation plan for the shop building is not executed in accordance with the approved form determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (missing instructions(information on employee actions in case of fire) (para. 45 OTPB, Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of 28.04.2018 No. 21);
the "Povorot" store building in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi is not equipped with autonomous fire detectors with the signal of detector activation displayed on the building facade (para. 3.5 Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship", subpara. 3.1, 9 OTPB, para. 9 NPB 15 – 2007*);
the "Povorot" store building is operated not in accordance with its operating documentation (the technical passport for the building does not include the attached premises, the building has been re-planned), (para. 9 OTPB).
The head has been handed recommendations for the elimination of violations identified during the monitoring.
The Beshenkovichi District Department of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
