A hay storage facility caught fire in the Beshenkovichi district

On July 23, at 6:04 AM, the "101" rescue service received a report of a hay storage fire in the agro-town of Komoski, Beshenkovichi District.

Upon arrival at the scene, rescuers established that the fire was occurring inside the building, with the roof of the structure beginning to burn.

The hay storage facility belongs to the agricultural enterprise "Politotdel-Agro"; the territory is not guarded. When the fire broke out, there were 140 tons of hay inside. No citizens were injured.

As a result of the fire, a wall of the hay storage building was damaged, 3 tons of hay were destroyed, and 3 tons were damaged. 134 tons of hay were saved by the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees in conjunction with the farm workers.

An investigation is underway regarding this incident, and the cause of the fire is being determined.
