In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the private enterprise "Arnitorg" was carried out

The inspection and prevention department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of ChTUP "Artitorg" to ensure fire safety.
During the work, the following issues were examined:
compliance by the head, officials, and employees with fire safety obligations;
availability of fire safety instructions, compliance with established requirements for their development and content;
compliance with general fire safety requirements at the facility;
compliance with building maintenance requirements;
compliance with technological process organization requirements;
compliance with requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire;
compliance with requirements for the maintenance and quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems;
compliance with requirements for fire safety training and knowledge testing of employees.
fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises, and other facilities owned by business entities", approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 of November 23, 2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" (hereinafter referred to as the General Fire Safety Requirements), GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs, and signal marking" (hereinafter referred to as GOST 12.4.026-2015), Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus No. 36 of May 22, 2018 "On Approval of the Instructions on the Procedure for Training Employees in Fire Safety and Testing Their Knowledge in this Area" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution of MES RB of 22.05.2018 No. 36), Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus No. 28 of April 28, 2018 "On Establishing Requirements for the Content of General Fire Safety Instructions" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution of MES of the Republic of Belarus of 28.04.2018 No. 28), Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus No. 21 of April 20, 2018 "On Establishingthe form of the fire evacuation plan" (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of 28.04.2018 No. 21), NPB 15 – 2007* "Scope of application of automatic fire alarm systems and fire extinguishing installations" (hereinafter referred to as NPB 15 – 2007*):
locks on doors located on the evacuation routes of the "Alesya" and "Produkty" stores in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, as well as the "Produkty" store in the agro-town of Ulla (external evacuation doors (entrance and emergency exits), tambour-lock doors), do not allow them to be opened freely from the inside without a key (clause 48 of OTPB);
training of employees according to fire-technical minimum programs defined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations is not organized, fire safety briefings, training of employees in fire safety measures are not conducted (clauses 3.2, 58 of OTPB, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, clause 15 of the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of 22.05.2018 No. 36);
an enterprise-wide fire safety instruction has not been developed (clauses 3.2, 7 of OTPB, Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of 28.04.2018 No. 28);
in the "Alesya" store in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi and the "Produkty" store in the agro-town of Ulla, there are no stands with fire safety information (clause 3.2 of OTPB);
operational documentation for refrigeration equipment installed in the "Alesya" and "Produkty" stores in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, as well as "Produkty" in the agro-town of Ulla, has not been provided (clause 9 of OTPB);
in the premises of the "Alesya" and "Produkty" stores in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, as well as "Produkty" in the agro-town of Ulla, electrical equipment (refrigerated display cases, refrigerators, freezers) is connected to the network using extension cords (clause 9 of OTPB);
evacuation exits from the buildings of the "Alesya" and "Produkty" stores in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, as well as "Produkty" in the agro-town of Ulla, are not marked with fire safety signs provided for by technical regulatory legal acts (clause 44 of OTPB, Appendix L, Table L1 of GOST 12.4.026-2015);
