Monitoring of PUE «Astprotrade» was carried out in the Beshenkovichi district
The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of ensuring fire safety, conducted a monitoring of ChTUP "Astprotrade".
During the work carried out, the following issues were studied:
compliance by the head, officials, and employees with fire safety obligations;
availability of fire safety instructions, compliance with established requirements for their development and content;
compliance with general fire safety requirements at the facility;
compliance with building maintenance requirements;
compliance with technological process organization requirements;
compliance with requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire;
compliance with requirements for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems;
compliance with requirements for fire safety training and knowledge testing of employees.
Based on the results of the monitoring, violations of the "General Fire Safety Requirements for the Maintenance and Operation of Capital Structures (Buildings, Structures), Isolated Premises and Other Objects Belonging to Business Entities" were identified, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" (hereinafter - OTPO):
a lock on the door located on the evacuation routes (external evacuation door (emergency exit to the building) does not allow it to be opened freely from the inside without a key (para. 48 OTPO);
the employee responsible for ensuring fire safety at ChTUP "Astprotrade" has not undergone training under the fire-technical minimum program (para. 3.2. OTPO);
the norms for equipping facilities with primary fire extinguishing means have not been determined in accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of May 18, 2018 No. 35 "On the establishment of norms for equipping facilities with primary fire extinguishing means"."Sakura" store premises with the required type and quantity of primary fire extinguishing means (Clause 53 of the OTPB);
the "Sakura" store premises are not fully equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (there is 1 OP-2 fire extinguisher) (Clause 53 of the OTPB, Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated May 18, 2018 No. 35).
The manager was issued recommendations for eliminating the violations identified during the monitoring.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
