In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the state educational institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban settlement Beshenkovichi" was carried out.

The supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban

- no person responsible for the operation, maintenance and ensuring the serviceability of self-rescuers has been appointed (clauses 3.1, clause 3 of OTPB, clause 5.3 of TKP 475-2013);

- no individual users of self-rescuers have been appointed from among the facility's employees who are members of the voluntary fire brigade and employees involved in the implementation of the evacuation plan for people from buildings and structures in case of fire (clauses 3.1, clause 3 of OTPB, clause 5.5 of TKP 475-2013).

The building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system and a fire notification system. The aforementioned system is serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera". According to the maintenance and current repair work registration log, the last maintenance was carried out on 04.07.2022.

Representatives of the servicing organization have checked the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition.

The causes and conditions contributing to the commission of the specified violations were the insufficient knowledge of the enterprise head regarding the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety, and a formal attitude towards the fulfillment of their direct official duties.

It has also been established that measures requiring financial resources, indicated in the recommendations of 19.05.2021 (para. 4, 6, 7 of the recommendations), remain unfulfilled to date.

The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
