In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the state educational institution "Kindergarten No. 6 of the urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi" was carried out.
The Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 6 of the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi", located at: urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi, Molodezhnaya St., 17a, with the aim of ensuring fire safety.
Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that the management and employees comply with their official duties in the field of fire safety. The management has developed a fire safety instruction, based on which fire safety briefings are conducted. The kindergarten building is equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means. Employees involved in the evacuation of people in case of fire are provided with self-rescuers. The necessary documentation has been established for the self-rescuers, and the self-rescuers are stored at the workplaces of the employees to whom they are assigned.
The building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system for notifying people of a fire. The aforementioned system is serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera". According to the logbook for registration of maintenance and current repair work, the last technical maintenance was carried out on 04.07.2022.
Representatives of the servicing organization have conducted a check of the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition.
It has also been established that measures requiring financial resources, as specified in the recommendations dated 21.05.2021 (clauses 7, 8, 9 of the recommendations), remain unfulfilled to date.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire prevention regime in their respective organizations.
