In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Beshenkovichi District" was carried out

The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of ensuring fire safety, conducted a monitoring of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Beshenkovichi District" - Director Motsevich Alexander Sergeevich (Beshenkovichi urban settlement, Svobody St., bld. 44a).

During the work carried out, it was established that violations of fire safety legislation were identified at the facility, namely the "General Fire Safety Requirements for the Maintenance and Operation of Capital Structures (Buildings, Structures), Isolated Premises and Other Objects Belonging to Business Entities" approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 6 of 23.11.2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship", specifically:

- the duty personnel of the round-the-clock accommodation department involved in evacuation are not fully provided with respiratory protection equipment (self-rescuers);

- the building of the "Ritual Goods" store in Beshenkovichi urban settlement, Internatsionalnaya St., bld. 10a is not equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means.

- The walls on evacuation routes in the 24-hour stay ward are painted with combustible paints to a height exceeding 1.6 meters;

- Corridors on the 1st and 2nd floors are not separated from the stairwell by smoke-tight doors;

Monitoring has shown that the head of the organization needs to treat the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety standardization and regulation system more seriously.

On January 18, 2019, recommendations for eliminating the violations identified during the monitoring were handed over to the head, Motsevich Alexander Sergeevich.

The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
