In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring was carried out at the State Educational Institution "Bocheikovskaya Secondary School of the Beshenkovichi District named after M.A. Vysogorets"

The Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring to ensure fire safety at the educational institution "Bocheikovskaya Secondary School of the Beshenkovichi District named after M.A. Vysogorets" (village Bocheikovo, Zarechnaya St., 126a).

The monitoring revealed violations of fire safety requirements that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

- The form of the logbook for recording fire safety briefings does not comply with the requirements of technical normative legal acts (Appendix 3 to the Instruction on the procedure for training employees on fire safety issues and verifying their knowledge in this area, Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.12.2021 No. 82).

The causes and conditions contributing to the commission of these violations were the insufficient knowledge of the enterprise head regarding the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety, and a formal attitude towards the performance of their direct official duties.

The head of the organization has been presented with recommendations to eliminate violations identified during the monitoring.

The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
