In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1 of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi named after I.I. Strychko" was carried out.
The Sector of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the educational institution "Secondary School No. 1 of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi named after I.I. Strochko" (urban settlement of Beshenkovichi, Tolstoy St., 4) to ensure fire safety.
The school building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, fire alarm notification system, and the "Molniya" automated fire alarm system. The above-mentioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera" in accordance with the technical maintenance agreement No. 2-TO-24 dated 01/05/2024.
Representatives of the servicing organization have carried out a check of the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition
Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that:
- officials and employees comply with their duties in the field of fire safety;
- fire safety instructions developed in accordance with established requirements are available;
- general fire safety requirements are met at the facilities;
- requirements for the maintenance of buildings, structures and premises, for the organization of the technological process, requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, as well as for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems are met;
- requirements for the procedure for conducting fire safety training and testing of employees' knowledge of fire safety are met;
- specific fire safety requirements for facilities are met, specifically
intended for children's stay, as well as facilities with simultaneous
occupancy of over 300 people, social and healthcare facilities with
