In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring was carried out at CAS №36, Frolkovichi village, CAS №61, Bocheykovo agro-town, AS №72, Krupenino village, MAS №10, Lobachevo village of the Republican subsidiary unitary enterprise for petroleum products supply "Belorusneft – Vitebskoblnefteprodukt".

The Supervision and Prevention Department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of CAS №36 in Frolkovichi village, CAS №61 in Bocheykovo agro-town, AS №72 in Krupenino village, MAS №10 in Lobachevo village of the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Oil Product Supply "Belarusneft – Vitebskoblnefteprodukt" with the aim of ensuring fire safety.

Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that:

- officials and employees comply with fire safety obligations;

- fire safety instructions developed in accordance with established requirements are available;

- general fire safety requirements are met at the facilities.

- requirements for the content of buildings, structures, and premises, for the organization of the technological process, requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, as well as for the content and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems are met;

- requirements for the procedure for conducting fire safety training and checking employees' knowledge of fire safety, as well as specific requirements for ensuring the fire safety of explosive and fire-hazardous production facilities are met.

The buildings and structures of the gas filling station are equipped with automatic fire alarm systems, fire notification systems, the "Molniya" fire suppression system, as well as fire extinguishing systems. The above-mentioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization RUP "Belorusneft – Promservice" in accordance with the technical maintenance agreement No. 4044 dated December 31, 2022.

Representatives of the servicing organization have checked the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition, and programs have been developed.

inspections of compliance with the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts during the maintenance and repair of fire alarm and fire detection systems, and the quality of work performed.

The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
