In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring was carried out at CAS №36, Frolkovichi village, CAS №61, Bocheykovo agro-town, AS №72, Krupenino village, MAS №10, Lobachevo village of the republican subsidiary unitary enterprise for petroleum products supply "Belarusneft – Vitebskoblnefteprodukt"
The Sector of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of ensuring fire safety, conducted a monitoring of CAS №36 in the village of Frolovichi, CAS №61 in the agro-town of Botcheikovo, AS №72 in the village of Krupenino, MAS №10 in the village of Lobachevo of the Republican State Enterprise for Oil Product Supply "Belorusneft – Vitebskoblnefteprodukt".
Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that:
- officials and employees comply with their duties in the field of fire safety;
- fire safety instructions developed in accordance with established requirements are available;
- general fire safety requirements are observed at the facilities;
- requirements for the maintenance of buildings, structures and premises, for the organization of the technological process, requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, as well as for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems are observed;
- requirements for the procedure of fire safety training and verification of employees' knowledge of fire safety, as well as specific requirements for ensuring fire safety are observed.- safety of explosive and fire-hazardous production facilities;- specific fire safety requirements for explosive and fire-hazardous production facilities are observed.
The buildings and structures of the gas filling station are equipped with automatic fire alarm systems, fire notification systems, the "Molniya" automated fire alarm system, as well as fire extinguishing systems. The above systems are serviced by the specialized organization RUP "Belorusneft – Promservice" in accordance with the technical maintenance agreement No. 4044 dated 31.12.2020.
Representatives of the servicing organization have carried out checks of the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition. Programs have been developed for checking compliance with the requirements of technical normative legal acts during the maintenance and repair of fire alarm and fire detection systems, and the quality of work performed.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire prevention regime in their respective organizations.
