In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the dormitory of the Beshenkovichi branch of the State Educational Institution "Republican Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists of Forestry" was carried out.
The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of controlling the elimination of previously identified violations, conducted a repeated monitoring of the dormitory of the Beshenkovichi branch of the State Educational Institution "Republican Center for Advanced Training of Managers and Specialists of the Forestry Industry".
During the work carried out, the following issues were studied:
compliance by the head, officials, and employees with their duties in ensuring fire safety;
availability of fire safety instructions, compliance with established requirements for their development and content;
compliance with general requirements for ensuring fire safety at the facility;
compliance with building maintenance requirements;
compliance with technological process organization requirements;
compliance with requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire;
compliance with requirements for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means and fire water supply systems;
compliance with requirements for the procedure of fire safety training and verification of employees' knowledge of fire safety.
Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that the previously identified violations of the "General Fire Safety Requirements for the Maintenance and Operation of Capital Structures (Buildings, Structures), Isolated Premises and Other Objects Belonging to Business Entities", approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 of November 23, 2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" have been fully eliminated.
A monitoring of compliance with legislative requirements in the field of fire safety activities, specifically regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems and smoke protection systems, was also carried out. The technical maintenance of the fire alarm system installed in the dormitory is carried out by LLC "Belspecsystems".
Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that LLC "Belspecsystems" timelybut conducts maintenance of the installed fire alarm system. The facility has the necessary documentation with relevant records of completed work. At the time of monitoring, the fire alarm system was in working order.
In the presence of representatives of the State Educational Institution "Republican Center for Advanced Training of Managers and Specialists of Forestry" and LLC "Belspetssistemy", a program was developed to verify compliance with the requirements of technical normative legal acts during the maintenance and repair of fire alarm and fire detection systems, and the quality of work performed.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
