In the Beshenkovichi district, a monitoring of the dormitory of the educational institution "Secondary School No. 2 of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi" and the limited liability company "SpetsPromBezopasnost" was carried out.
The Inspection and Prevention Department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of ensuring fire safety, conducted a monitoring of the dormitory of the educational institution "Secondary School No. 2 of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi" in the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi.
During the work carried out, it was established that violations of fire safety legislation were identified at the facilities, namely "General Fire Safety Requirements for the Maintenance and Operation of Capital Structures (Buildings, Structures), Isolated Premises and Other Objects Belonging to Business Entities" approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 6 of November 23, 2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship". A set of measures has been proposed for implementation.
A monitoring of LLC "SpetsPromBezopasnost", which provides technical maintenance of the fire alarm system in the dormitory building, was also carried out. No violations were found in the work of the servicing organization.
The monitoring showed that the head needs to take the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system more seriously.
The head was issued recommendations for the elimination of violations identified during the monitoring.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
