A monitoring of the dormitory of LLC "Stroyelektrosfera" was carried out in the Beshenkovichi district
The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, with the aim of ensuring fire safety, conducted a monitoring of OOO "StroyElektrosfera" which provides technical maintenance of fire alarm systems in the building of the OKP of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Beshenkovichi District" (Beshenkovichi urban settlement, Vitebskoye Shosse St., 38a).
During the work performed, it was established that violations of fire safety legislation were identified at the facility. The following measures are proposed for implementation:
- ensure the оформление and maintenance of a logbook for recording technical maintenance and current repair work in accordance with the requirements at the facility: the round-the-clock care unit for the elderly and disabled of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Beshenkovichi District";
- develop and agree with the Customer a schedule for planned technical maintenance of the SPS, indicating the date of technical maintenance (not available at the facility)
- based on the remarks made by the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, conduct an unscheduled quality control of maintenance (provide the corresponding act to the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations)
The head was issued recommendations on eliminating the violations identified during the monitoring.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
