In the Beshenkovichi district, departments for round-the-clock stay of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Beshenkovichi District" were established.

The Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the round-the-clock stay department of the State Institution "TSSON of the Beshenkovichi District" located at: urban settlement Beshenkovichi, Vitebskoye Highway St., 38a, in order to ensure fire safety.

Based on the results of the monitoring, it was established that the management and employees comply with their official duties in the field of fire safety. The management has developed a fire safety instruction, based on which fire safety briefings are conducted. The department building is equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing agents. Records are kept and primary fire extinguishing agents are serviced in a timely manner. Employees involved in the evacuation of people in case of fire are equipped with self-rescuers. The necessary documentation has been prepared for the self-rescuers, and the self-rescuers are stored at the workplaces of the employees to whom they are assigned.

The building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, a fire alarm system for people, and the "Molniya" fire alarm system. The aforementioned system is serviced by the specialized organization OJSC "Vitavtomatika".

Representatives of the servicing organization have checked the operability and serviceability of these systems;

dismantle wall finishes in corridors, stairwells made of materials with unknown fire and technical characteristics (paint and wallpaper are used for wall finishing).

The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
