A check was carried out at AMIS WOOD Limited Liability Company in Beshenkovichi district
The Supervision and Prevention Department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, in accordance with clause 88 of the selective inspection plan for the Vitebsk region for the 2nd half of 2022, conducted an inspection of the Limited Liability Company "AMIS WOOD" (legal address: Vitebsk region, Beshenkovichi district, Verkhnekrivinsky village council, 11).
During the inspection, it was established:
1) the management is not fulfilling the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety standardization and regulation system, which are an integral part of their professional activities, at the proper level;
2) during the inspection, it was found that the developed facility-wide fire safety instructions do not comply with the requirements of the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus No. 82 dated December 21, 2021 "On ensuring fire safety";
3) the general requirements for ensuring fire safety at the facilities of LLC "AMIS WOOD" are not fully complied with;
4) the production workshop premises are not equipped with an automatic fire alarm system with a notification transmission device to the fire automation dispatch console;
5) faulty heating stoves, as well as non-factory-made heating appliances, are allowed to be operated;
6) requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire are not complied with (an evacuation plan for the production workshop building has not been developed, evacuation exits are not marked with directional signs);
7) the facility is not fully equipped with primary fire extinguishing means;
8) a system for training personnel in fire safety requirements has not been created at the facility. The employee responsible for ensuring fire safety at the facility, as well as for conducting fire safety briefings, has not undergone training under the fire-technical minimum programs;
9) Specific fire safety requirements for explosive and fire hazardous industries are not fully complied with.
The reasons and conditions contributing to the commission of the specified violations were the insufficient knowledge of the enterprise manager of the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety, and the formal attitude of the head of the structural unit to the performance of his direct official duties.
The manager was presented with an inspection report and an order with deadlines for eliminating the identified violations.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
