In the Beshenkovichi district, one of the first in the region, work on the "Clean Water" program has been fully completed

The Beshenkovichi District has completed the work under the "Clean Water" program in full, being one of the first in the region.
Last year alone, 9 water treatment plants (mini iron removal stations) and 2 iron removal stations "Budilovo" and "Rzhavka" were built and commissioned. As part of the preparations for "Dozhinki" in Beshenkovichi, about 2.5 km of old networks were replaced.

In the district, all settlements with centralized water supply are provided with clean water.

However, the work to improve the water supply for the district's residents will not end there. Plans for the current year were discussed at the end of last working week during a visit to the facilities by the head of the district, Galina Unukovich, with the director of the "Lepelvodokanal" branch of UP "Vitebskobvodokanal", Evgeny Shidlovsky, and the head of the Beshenkovichi section, Andrey Polukhin.

As noted, this year the modernization of water supply networks in Plissy has already been completed, with 1350 m of old networks replaced. Plans also include replacing networks throughout the village of Gorodno, laying about 2.5 km of networks in Vyazishche and about 1.1 km in Svecha, and another 1 km of water supply network will be replaced in Beshenkovichi.

In Bocheikovo, water utility workers will modernize the iron removal station and water supply networks, and construct a central network from Astashkevich Street to Ull Street with a loop from the iron removal station.

Plans also include the construction of a sewage network from the wastewater treatment plant "PMK-41" to the central city sewage system, as well as a number of other works.
