Material aid for Victory Day is being paid in Beshenkovichi District

In Beshenkovichi District, material aid is being paid to veterans, disabled individuals, and persons who suffered from the consequences of the Great Patriotic War for Victory Day.

Sincere words of gratitude for the Victory, for the peaceful sky overhead, were heard today addressed to Efrosinya Spiridonovna Stanislavchik, a resident of Ulla who survived the Siege of Leningrad, and to Aleksandrina Ivanovna Polotskaya, a former prisoner from the village of Frolovichi.

The head of the district, Galina Unukovich, the chairman of the district council of deputies, Aleksandr Erashov, the deputy chairman of the district executive committee, Elena Baranova, representatives of the rural executive committee, the social service, employees of the local House of Culture, and schoolchildren visited these remarkable women.

Heartfelt songs of the war years, flowers, and warm wishes for good health – all this created an atmosphere of warmth and sincere gratitude.

Meetings like these serve as a reminder of how fragile and precious peace is, and how much effort and courage it took to achieve it.
