Today, heads of district police departments of the region, along with their deputies, participated in competitions for the prize of the Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Police Colonel Maksim Subbota.

During the first stage of the competition, law enforcement officers demonstrated their accuracy in shooting from a Makarov pistol.

Later, they underwent testing in their respective areas of official duties.

At the Vitebsk Olympic Reserve School, they showcased their skills in combat techniques and passed physical fitness standards.

At the end of the competition day, police officers gathered in the assembly hall of the regional directorate.

Summarizing the results, Maksim Subbota said:
- You hold high positions, which means you must be an example for your subordinates. Young employees look up to you. Personal example is not just a management tool, but a guide for achieving high results in the official activities of your teams. Lead your units forward, serve for the benefit of citizens and the country. I wish you good health, success, inexhaustible strength, and energy.

Best in shooting training – Head of the Rossony District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Nikolaev.

The best in physical training were:

• in the 500-meter run – Head of the Ushachi District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Lieutenant Colonel Vitaly Karensky;
• in the 10x10 meter run – Head of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Dmitry Kutalyov;
• in pull-ups – Head of the Polotsk District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Vyacheslav Petkun;
• in the complex strength exercise, the head of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Aleksei Tyapko.

Among the deputy heads of regional police departments by types of training:
The best in firearms training is the Deputy Head of the Dokshitsy District Department of Internal Affairs – Head of the Criminal Police, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Ivan Kovalyonok.

The best in physical training were:

• in the 500-meter run - Deputy Head – Head of the Criminal Police of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Dmitry Milentey;
• in the 10x10 meter run – First Deputy Head of the Sharkovshchina District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Petr Pachkovsky;
• in pull-ups on the horizontal bar – First Deputy Head of the Beshenkovichi District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Dmitry Germanov;
• in the complex strength exercise - Deputy Head for Ideological Work and Personnel Support of the Sharkovshchina District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Alexander Oreshkov.
