The Territorial Center for Social Services (TCSS) organized a charity event "From Heart to Heart" to collect gifts for the New Year and Christmas holidays for lonely, elderly people living alone, and people with disabilities.
Residents of the district responded to the call to help those who found themselves in difficult life situations.
