As part of the "For Safety Together" campaign, employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations actively communicate with residents of the district
Meetings are held not only in houses and apartments, but also at village gatherings and in organizations, to personally talk to people about safety.
In a simple and accessible way, rescuers remind their fellow countrymen about the rules for operating stoves and electrical appliances, and explain what carelessness with smoking or food left unattended on the stove can lead to.
They also remind about the fire alarm – a true guardian of peace in your home, especially at night. Check if you have one and if its battery is dead.
And special attention to fishermen!
In autumn, the water becomes cold and dangerous. Therefore, rescuers specifically address boat fishing enthusiasts. Their main rule is categorical: "Not a step on the water without a life jacket!"
Falling into the autumn water, a person, due to heavy clothing and cold, can go underwater in seconds. A life jacket in this situation is your main and only chance. Do not risk your life for the sake of a catch.
Each such meeting is an open conversation where you can ask any question and get safety advice.
