These words of encouragement were addressed to the participants today at the grand opening of the tourist rally by Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
The tourist rally lasted for several days, during which teams competed in orienteering, obstacle course, and other disciplines.
