Children should be the focus of adults!

While it is not advisable to teach a young child how to extinguish a fire, they should begin learning about fire safety from a very early age.
Parents should initiate fire safety education for their children before they start school, around the age of three or four. Kindergarten teachers and school instructors then reinforce, develop, and deepen the knowledge acquired from parents. In general, a child's fire safety education is divided into two stages: preschool and school.
Fire Safety Rules for Children
It is too early to teach a young child how to extinguish a fire. The most important thing to teach them is how to stay safe.it is better not to use electrical appliances or a gas stove (for this, you should provide the child with everything necessary, including ready-made food if they get hungry, sufficient warmth in the apartment, etc.).
Teaching Fire Safety to Preschool Children
The primary responsibility for teaching fire safety to a preschool child lies with the parents. Moreover, it is not enough to teach your son or daughter the basic rules – you also need to do everything to ensure this very safety.
If your child is already grown up, can read and use a phone, you can hang a memo sheet with emergency numbers above the home phone. Tell your child which number to dial and in what situation. If you leave a mobile phone at home to contact your child, make sure they can easily find emergency numbers and your own phone in it. You can also leave the numbers of one or two other adults just in case – for example, neighbors to whom the child can turn for help: even if they call the fire department immediately, such calls are sometimes mistaken for a prank and they refuse to respond. Therefore, it is better for adults to call the fire department.
To make it easier to teach a child fire safety rules, many parents buy thematic books or sets of cards. It is good if such a book is in verse, and each verse is accompanied by a detailed, memorable illustration; it will be much easier for the child to remember a few rhyming lines and a picture,in this way, all the rules will be firmly ingrained in the child's memory.
When a child goes to kindergarten, they are also taught the basic rules of fire safety. Here, skits, games, or contests on knowledge of the rules are used as teaching tools.
Fire is one of the most terrible dangers to the life and health of any person. Especially if this person is still very young, a child. Therefore, from the earliest age, it is important to teach your children the basics of fire safety so that in case of danger, they at least do not get confused, remain calm, and know what needs to be done first. If parents are not around, only timely acquired knowledge can save a child's life.
