The XXXIX Vitebsk Open Festival of Author's Song, Poetry and Visual Arts "Vitebsky Listopad" will be held in Vitebsk.

The State Institution "Center of Culture "Vitebsk" announces the call for applications for participation in the XXXIX Open Festival of Author's Song, Poetry and Visual Arts "Vitebsk Listapad". The festival will be held from October 23 to 26, 2025, in the city of Vitebsk with the support of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee.

The festival program includes:

• competition of author's song, poetry and visual arts;
• gala concert of laureates, festival guests and jury members with the awarding of the special prize "Recognition";
• award ceremony for the winners;
• exhibition presentations, creative meetings and open mic.

Performers and creative groups in the nominations "Author's Song", "Poetry", "Visual Arts" of various age categories from 6 years and older are invited to participate. Applications are accepted until September 21, 2025.
