Eight regions in the Vitebsk region have completed the harvesting of grain and leguminous crops
According to the regional agricultural sales department, as of this morning, 280.6 thousand hectares (98.5%) have been harvested, yielding 627.8 thousand tons with a productivity of 22.4 centners per hectare. The best performance was recorded in the Orshansky district (37.9 centners per hectare).
7.5 thousand hectares (38.9%) of spring rapeseed have been harvested, yielding an average of 16.1 centners per hectare.
108.8 thousand hectares (36%) of soil have been plowed for sowing winter crops for the 2025 harvest. Rapeseed has been sown on 56.3 thousand hectares (93.9%). Farms have begun sowing winter grains, which will occupy 230 thousand hectares.

2.8 thousand hectares (2.6%) of corn have been harvested, with a green mass yield of 254 centners per hectare.
