Yesterday, the orienteering competition "Ecotropa – 2026" was held
Four teams representing the district executive committee, the center for ensuring the activities of budgetary organizations, the education department, and the BRSM district committee participated in this vibrant event.
The event took place on the "Forest Mysteries" ecotrail, which was opened in the district center last year.
The organizers chose this location for a reason, as the route with thematic locations is ideally suited for orienteering competitions. Here, each participant could not only test their physical fitness and skills in using a map and compass but also touch upon the history of their native region.
Yesterday's competition further confirmed that the new tourist facility is in demand for various events, from family walks to team sports games.
The participants of "Ecotropa – 2026" enthusiastically covered the distance, competing in speed and accuracy of orientation in unfamiliar terrain.
The results of the competition will be announced during the district tourist rally, which starts this Friday.
