On the activities of the Administrative Commission of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee in 2025
In 2025, 13 meetings of the Administrative Commission of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee were held, at which 77 protocols on administrative offenses were considered.
The main administrative offenses committed by officials of enterprises and citizens in 2025 were:
- violation of forest use rules (Article 16.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus);
- violation of requirements in the field of veterinary activity (Article 16.28 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus);
- violation of animal keeping rules (Article 16.30 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus);
- involving a minor in anti-social behavior (Article 19.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus).
In total, 3 legal entities and 38 citizens were brought to administrative responsibility with a fine totaling 7812.00 Belarusian rubles.
29 citizens were exempted from administrative responsibility with a warning issued under Article 8.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
