Oversees social sphere and ideological work, recruitment, placement, professional development and retraining of personnel, organization of work with the reserve of managerial personnel, organizational work, awards, elections and referendums, interaction with local self-government bodies, executive and administrative bodies, religious and public associations, veteran organizations, other public associations of socio-cultural orientation, socio-political information, state youth policy, analysis and forecasting of the socio-political situation in the district, interaction with political parties and public organizations, coordination of media activities and print media, interaction of republican state administration bodies, local executive and administrative bodies, public associations and other owners (holders), sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations in the field of sanatorium-resort treatment and health improvement of the population in the Beshenkovichi district.

Manages the development of education, healthcare, culture, physical culture, sports and tourism, roadside service, and social protection of the population. Monitors the implementation of social standards in the supervised area. Manages the activities of crime prevention entities in combating corruption and offenses, the interdepartmental council on disability issues. Ensures compliance with legislation on the protection of historical and cultural heritage.
