The ZAGS department operates on the "one-stop shop" principle.
Preparation of certificates provided for in paragraph 5.14 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 26, 2010 No. 200 "On administrative procedures carried out by state bodies and other organizations based on applications from citizens" can be carried out based on telephone requests from citizens by phone 8 (02131) 6 05 33 with subsequent issuance to them upon personal application to the ZAGS department of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee.
Veterans, participants of the Great Patriotic War and disabled people are received out of turn.
The Civil Registry Office, at the request of persons entering into marriage, has the right to register marriages in a ceremonial setting on Sundays and public holidays, conducts off-site marriage registrations, performs marriage registrations according to individual scenarios, and provides "Off-site marriage registration at the celebration venue" services.
Preliminary appointments for marriage registration have been introduced (phone 8 (02131) 60533).
Information on the number of applications received for ceremonial marriage registration on specific dates can be obtained at the Civil Registry Office.

Appeals on matters within the competence of the Civil Registry Office of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee may be:
- sent by mail to the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee at the address: 211361, Beshenkovichi urban settlement, Chuklaya St., 13,
- sent electronically to the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee through the state unified republican information system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities.
