Land plots included in the "List of vacant (unoccupied) land plots in settlements of the Beshenkovichi district, including those with unused real estate objects subject to demolition, which can be provided to citizens for the construction and maintenance of single-family, blocked residential buildings in the Beshenkovichi district" are provided based on auction results, and to citizens in need of improved housing conditions, without auctions.

In accordance with the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated December 5, 2022, No. 680 "On the definition of lists", the following settlements located in the Beshenkovichi district are included in the "List of settlements where land plots for the construction and maintenance of single-family, blocked residential buildings are provided based on auction results, and to citizens in need of improved housing conditions, without auctions":

- villages: Beloe, Gorodno, Luki, Pushkari, agrotown Ostrovno of Ostrovensky rural council;

- villages: Dashkovo, Zasorye, Zastenki, Sinyany, Kholm of Sorzhitsky rural council;

- villages: Dybali, Sokorovo of Ullsky rural council.
