PLEASE NOTE!

From 02.01.2023, pursuant to Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011, No. 300-Z "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" (as amended on 28.06.2022 with changes and additions effective from 02.01.2023), electronic appeals are submitted through the state unified republican information system for recording and processing appeals of citizens and legal entities (обращения. бел).

Access to this system is free of charge.
