Amendments Made to Decree on Basic Service Conditions for Individual Current Bank Accounts
On August 22, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 313, which amends the decree "On the Current (Settlement) Bank Account of an Individual with Basic Service Conditions." BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The decree stipulates that funds will not be debited from basic accounts on a non-disputable basis, except for debits by enforcement bodies, bodies of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and bodies administering pension provision.
Debiting funds on a non-disputable basis from other citizens' accounts (electronic wallets) will remain unchanged.
