- a list of organizations included in the scope of respondents for the form;

- the form and instructions

on filling out the form;

- informational material in the formats "Question-Answer", "Typical Mistakes", "Current Changes".

Submission of reports in form 1-mp (micro) is carried out in the form of an electronic document online through the multifunctional web portal of Belstat at the link e-respondent.belstat.gov.by.
