Attention to subjects of industrial safety not subordinate to any department!

In connection with numerous inquiries received by Gosgortekhnadzor from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding the form and scope of information on the organization of industrial control, which should be submitted to Gosgortekhnadzor in accordance with part seven of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "On Industrial Safety", we inform you that the form and scope of information on the organization of industrial control in the field of industrial safety, which should be submitted by subjects of industrial safety without departmental subordination to Gosgortekhnadzor, are not established by regulatory legal acts.

In this regard, it is proposed to submit information in volumes based on the provisions of Articles 29 and 30 of the aforementioned Law, as well as the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2016 No. 37 "On approval of the Standard Regulation on the organization and implementation of industrial control in the field of industrial safety", in a form determined by the subject of industrial safety.
