Attention to Heads of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Vitebsk Region
The Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs informs about the competitive selection of investment projects and business projects for small (medium-sized) business entities.
Application submission period: from January 5, 2026 to January 19, 2026.
Types of state financial support:
loan (provision of funds on a repayable, compensated basis);
property leasing (provision of property under financial lease).
Loan funds - up to 5 years.
Property under financial lease (leasing) - from one year to 5 years;
The fee for using state financial support is set at the refinancing rate (9.75% per annum) established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
Subject and terms of the competition: selection of investment and business projects of small (medium-sized) business entities registered and operating in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as well as having the right to receive state financial support in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Support of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship" dated July 1, 2010 No. 148-3, and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024 No. 459 "On Measures of State Support for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship".
