Attention owners of lifting cranes operating outdoors!!!
To prevent accidents and injuries during the operation of lifting cranes, we inform owners of lifting cranes and work performers about the procedure for their actions upon receiving warnings of adverse hydrometeorological phenomena.
It is prohibited to perform installation work on lifting cranes, and to carry out operations with lifting cranes installed outdoors when the wind speed exceeds the limit values specified in the manufacturer's installation instructions (lifting crane passport), during rain or fog, and in other cases when the crane operator (crane operator) can poorly distinguish signals from the slinger or the moved load.
Upon cessation of work, it is necessary to:

- set up tower and gantry cranes in positions determined by the operating manual;
- install lifting cranes moving on an outdoor crane track on anti-drift devices (grippers), - ensure their serviceability;
- ensure the serviceability of the crane's travel mechanism brakes;
- take additional measures if necessary (installing chocks on rails under the travel wheels, guy ropes, etc.);
- exclude people from hazardous zones.
- make the necessary entries in the logbooks.
