Please note that the absence of accounting for atmospheric pollutant emissions by an economic entity constitutes an administrative offense and entails liability in accordance with Article 16.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Belarus in the form of a fine of up to twenty basic units for individuals, up to fifty basic units for individual entrepreneurs, and up to one hundred basic units for legal entities.
