Driver of agricultural enterprise in the district stole saved fuel: Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office sent criminal case to court
The Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office has sent a criminal case to court, accusing a 34-year-old tractor driver-operator of an agricultural enterprise of misappropriating entrusted property.
According to the case materials, from April to July of this year, the driver created a surplus of diesel fuel by economizing and did not reflect this in the waybills. He drained the saved 253 liters of fuel into canisters and sold it to his acquaintance, causing damage to the organization in the amount of over 600 rubles.
After reviewing the materials of the criminal case, the district prosecutor's office concluded that the accusation was justified and the circumstances of the crime were objectively investigated. They agreed with the qualification of the actions under Part 1 of Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The criminal case was handled by the Beshenkovichi District Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
The prosecutor, when sending the case to court, left unchanged the preventive measure chosen against the accused in the form of a written undertaking not to leave and to behave properly.
