He joined the harvesting campaign from the very first days. On his reliable helper – a MAZ truck with a carrying capacity of 20 tons – he first transported winter barley, and now he delivers rapeseed seeds from the fields to grain drying complexes.

As a rule, his working day during the peak season starts at 6 am with a vehicle inspection. The rhythm of the harvest and the driver's earnings depend on the technical condition of the vehicle. He makes up to 10 trips to the grain drying complex. The tonnage depends not only on the grain crop but also on its moisture content.

The count of his labor experience, a native of Dubrovno region, began in the 90s. And for 40 years now, he has remained true to the profession he chose in his youth, достойно continuing the work of his father, a mechanic.

– As a schoolboy, I helped my father; I practically grew up in the field and workshops. After graduating from the Dubrovno Lyceum, I went into the army, and from there I returned to my home farm, – says the driver.

Alexander is a well-known figure in professional circles. He has many achievements and victories during the sowing and harvesting periods. This is not the first time he has crossed the thousandth and two-thousandth mark of grain harvesting.

– The harvest is decent, the grain growers are responsible, I think the loaf will be good. We are striving not for records, but to get the maximum harvest, not missing a single ear. Bread is the most important value, a symbol of well-being and prosperity. The weather conditions are a bit disappointing, slowing down the harvesting pace, but you can't argue with the heavens. In any case, we are making every effort to have bread, – emphasizes the thousand-tonner.

The continuation of success is not far off, especially if a person is in love with their work, puts their soul into it, and inspires the team with this feeling.
