The issue regarding citizens' appeals has been studied on-site
Residents of the apartment building No. 15, located on Kommunisticheskaya Street in the district center, came to a personal meeting with the chairperson of the district executive committee, Galina Unukovich, for assistance regarding the quality of repair work. The major renovation of the two-story building was completed the day before, but not all consequences of the work related to common areas have been eliminated. Today, the head of the district gathered representatives of the services involved in resolving the voiced problems at the specified address. These included the heads of the local housing and communal services, the customer of the work – Vitebsk City Housing and Communal Services, and the contractor – Shumilino "PMK-70". Specialists investigated the situation on site.
The multi-story building has changed for the better externally after the major renovation, which is evident to anyone who remembers how the building used to be. In general, people are satisfied with the renovation and are grateful to the builders for their work. As noted by Alexander Sergeevich Komzikov, who was present during the conversation, the plumbing, heating unit, and heat pipeline were done well, and there are no complaints, but there are nuances. For example, during the roof installation, the ceiling in one of the entrances was flooded, and it turned yellow; if not eliminated, residents will have to repair it at their own expense. The slopes in the heating unit are unfinished, and plaster has crumbled between the floor slabs...
All remarks, as they say, were put on paper. There are photos of the condition of the building and entrances before the renovation. The builders assure that they will eliminate their unfinished work in the shortest possible time.
As part of the current maintenance of the adjacent territory, UKP ZhKH "Beshenkovichi Kommunalnik" will carry out gravel backfilling this year, divert water from the entrances, and in the next year, current repairs of the courtyard territory will be performed.
"It is pleasant when people approach the renovation of their home responsibly," noted the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Galina Vladimirovna Unukovich, addressing those present. "They patiently endured all the inconveniences, waited for the completion of the work, and now their desire for everything to be good is understandable. Therefore, everything must be done as it should be."
The issue remains under control.
