Meeting of the district leadership with youth

To hear the concerns and suggestions of young agricultural specialists is the goal of today's meeting between the district leadership and the youth who have arrived at the region's farms for their first jobs.

Over a friendly tea party, the young people had the opportunity to communicate in an informal setting with the head of the region, representatives of various services, and to learn a lot of important information that will be useful to them in the future.

The young people readily talked about themselves, their career choices, living conditions, and adaptation in new teams.

It is gratifying that the young people are generally satisfied with their first jobs, saying that their colleagues accepted them well and are providing feasible assistance.

The district leadership is always open to dialogue. The meeting participants thanked the young people for choosing a difficult but important job on the land and urged them to continuously develop and gain experience.
