Second stage of the promotion at the hotel

To know and observe fire safety rules is the duty of every citizen of our Republic. However, sometimes, ignorance of the basic principles of safe behavior leads to disaster. To reduce the risks of fire emergencies, as well as to educate the population on safety basics, Daria Beresten, an inspector of the propaganda sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, met with the staff and residents of the local hotel.

The interactive game "Formula of Safety" became a vivid example of how disaster can strike at any moment, and also that the slightest deviation from the rules has consequences.

The procedure for actions upon receiving the "Attention All!" signal was also not overlooked:

– Upon hearing the "Attention All!" signal, you should immediately turn on the radio or television and listen to the message. It will convey information about the nature of the threat and specific recommendations for the protection and actions of the population, – noted the inspector.

Rescuers paid special attention to the rules for lighting fires and reminded the audience that, according to current fire safety regulations, it is permitted to light fires on household plots, provided that continuous monitoring of the burning and smoldering process is ensured. Places for lighting fires must be cleared of combustible substances and materials, dry vegetation, and equipped with extinguishing agents. Upon completion of the burning process, the remnants of burning (smoldering) materials must be extinguished until smoldering completely ceases.

All participants of the event were given visual aids on the basics of life safety.
