The active members of the councils of working youth of the Vitebsk region got acquainted with the work of the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant "Volat". An excursion program was prepared for the participants. The trip to Minsk concluded with a discussion of the work being carried out with youth at MZKT and enterprises in the Vitebsk region.

– The main goal of the interregional seminar is to learn about the organization of labor at the enterprise, – noted Vyacheslav Khrol, Deputy Head of the Department of the Main Directorate of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee. – Many approaches used by our colleagues are also applied in our region. There are also aspects that we plan to adopt and implement in our work in the future.

The offsite seminar "Belarus and Us" became an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences with colleagues working in another region. Establishing connections between enterprise employees will help develop their work further.

– Having friendly contacts, people will be able to discuss various issues, including professional ones. They have the opportunity to establish communication with each other and solve problems arising in the industry, – emphasized Vyacheslav Khrol.

The acquaintance with the plant's operations began with a visit to the "Volat" museum and exhibition complex. The attendees were told about the history of the enterprise, shown mock-ups of the manufactured units, and answered their questions.

Further, the seminar participants had the opportunity to observe the work of those who daily manufacture parts for strengthening our country's defense capabilities. In the flexible manufacturing systems workshop, they witnessed the manipulation of the "insides" of future Volat vehicles, and in the vehicle assembly and testing workshop, they saw almost finished vehicles.

The seminar commenced with a screening of the MZKT corporate film "The Strength of Volat." Vyacheslav Khrol presented the enterprise's employees with a commemorative gift – the book "A Feat of Love and Fidelity to God."

Within the framework of the event, work with young specialists was discussed. Sviatoslav Sushitsky, a youth engagement specialist at OJSC "Naftan," provided a detailed account from the Vitebsk region:

– Our plant has a Youth Council. We welcome all young employees; the main requirement is their desire to be useful and contribute to the enterprise's development, – the speaker noted.
