Interaction is the key to success.

The objective of the training was to test the readiness of management bodies and forces to act in the event of a threat and occurrence of emergencies, to improve the skills and abilities of the management staff and forces of district services in carrying out emergency rescue and emergency recovery operations in the emergency zone, and to practice interaction between district services.

A situational emergency response management headquarters was established at the accident site. It was headed by the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Chairman of the Emergency Commission under the District Executive Committee S. M. Ovchinnikov. The headquarters included representatives of district services and organizations.

According to the training scenario, as a result of a domestic gas explosion in a residential building located at: urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi, Molodezhnaya Street, 20.

The following were involved in eliminating the consequences of the emergency situation: the operational group of the Emergency Commission under the District Executive Committee, the situational emergency response management headquarters of Beshenkovichi District, the Department for Emergency Situations (ROCHS), the Internal Affairs Department (ROVD), the Central District Hospital (TsRB), the Public Utilities Enterprise "Beshenkovichi Kommunalnik" (UKP ZhKKh), the Beshenkovichi Gas Supply Department of the branch of the State Enterprise "Chashnikigas", the District Energy Supply Company (RES), and a number of other services.

Based on the results of the training, werepractical skills of the management staff of the district-level bodies and forces of the State Emergency Service and Civil Defense have been improved, interaction between district services in case of emergencies has been worked out, as well as algorithms for the use of both autonomous power sources and an autonomous mobile boiler.
