No juvenile crimes committed in Beshenkovichi District in Q1 of the current year
No juvenile crimes were committed in Beshenkovichi District in the first quarter of the current year. This encouraging statistic was announced at a meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs of the district executive committee by the first deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Dmitry Germanov.
In his report, the law enforcement officer highlighted the results of the work of prevention entities aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency, and also identified key issues requiring close attention and coordinated action.
Considering the regional statistics, the issues of preventing the involvement of minors as couriers in committing offenses, and cases of pedophilia, which pose a particular danger to the younger generation, come to the forefront.
Alarming trends of self-harm and parasuicides are observed, which signal serious psychological problems among adolescents and require in-depth analysis and timely intervention by specialists.
During the meeting, the Commission for Juvenile Affairs considered 9 materials. The majority of them were concerning families in which criteria for a socially dangerous situation were identified.
