For Labor and Professionalism: Residents of Beshenkovichi District Honored with Awards

A number of our fellow countrymen were solemnly awarded at the district executive committee.

The deserved awards, along with warm words of gratitude and flowers, were presented by the head of the district, Galina Vladimirovna Unukovich.

Galina Vladimirovna herself was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for the high level of preparation and conduct of the regional seminar "Revolutionary Approach to Occupational Safety and Health: The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization in the Workplace" (held in April of the current year). For the high organizational level of the event, a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was also announced to the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Tatyana Ivanovna Zhdanovich, and the Head of the Department for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee, Elena Stanislavovna Ovchinnikova.

For many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, and fruitful training of students of the Ull College named after L. M. Dovator for the VI Republican Professional Skills Competition "ProfSkills Belarus 2025", the Chairman of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee expresses gratitude to production training masters Svetlana Viktorovna Gamzyuk and Sergey Vladimirovich Zhukov.

The competition was held in May in Minsk. Over the three days of competition, students and young workers from Belarus, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Zimbabwe, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan – a total of about 4300 contestants – demonstrated their skills in 50 competencies. The Ull students then took one of the top three places: Alexey Belko in the "Agricultural Machinery Operation" competency, and Ekaterina Sapego in the "Green Construction Worker" competency.

For conscientious work, high professionalism, and fruitful preparation of college students for the regional stage of the republican competition of young museum guides of the educational institution, Svetlana Andreevna Rublevskaya was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the District Executive Committee.

For assistance provided during the events of the "Memory Train" project in the district and their coverage in the media, a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the District Executive Committee was announced to Nikolai Viktorovich Shipula, Head of the Education Department of the District Executive Committee, Olga Leonidovna Krasakova, Principal of Secondary School No. 2 named after M. N. Tkachenko, Stanislav Petrovich Leonenko, Senior Researcher at the District Historical and Local Lore Museum, Alexander Alexandrovich Shipula, Principal of Rzhavskaya Basic School named after M. G. Gelovani, and Anzhela Valentinovna Yuchkovich, Director of the District Center for Children and Youth.

In June, events of the cultural and educational project "Memory Train" were held in Vitebsk and Polotsk, with the participation of representatives of authorities, public organizations, and other distinguished guests. Project participants from Georgia visited the mass grave of Soviet soldiers in the village of Sanniki, where the renowned Georgian poet Mirza Gelovani is buried, as well as the Rzhavskaya Basic School, which was solemnly named after him in 2022.
