Today, a meeting of the district working commission on preventing human deaths from external causes, including emergencies, was held in the small hall of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee.

       The following issues were considered during the meeting:

   Regarding the implementation of the protocol of instructions from the Deputy Chairman of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee, given at the meeting of the district working commission on preventing human deaths from external causes, including emergencies, as well as on the organization of the work of inspection commissions in September – October 2020, and existing problematic issues during the study of this work by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Beshenkovichi District Department of Emergency Situations.

   The First Deputy Head of the Beshenkovichi District Department of Emergency Situations, Ryabenko Vitaly Viktorovich, took part in the meeting.

   Based on the results of the study

the work of the inspection commissions of the Beshenkovichi and Sorzhitsky executive committees revealed the following shortcomings, namely: the results of the inspection commission's work are not summarized, minutes of the inspection commission's meetings are not drawn up, minutes of the chairpersons of rural executive committees' assignments to the necessary prevention entities for monitoring the implementation of measures to ensure safe living conditions for citizens are not drawn up, deadlines for execution are not set, and the compiled acts are not analyzed. The Ostrovensky rural executive committee can be noted positively, where the work of the inspection commissions is organized in accordance with recommendations.

   During the meeting, the chairpersons of the Beshenkovichi and Sorzhitsky executive committees were heard on the organization of the work of the inspection commissions, existing problematic issues, and everyone was instructed on the need to comply with the documents on the organization of this work.
