Agricultural companies of Vitebsk oblast are finishing sowing cereals, BelTA has been informed in the main department of plant growing of the ministry of agriculture and foodstuffs. The rest of the oblasts have already finished the sowing of cereals except corn, millet and buckwheat. A concert organ will be installed in the Vitebsk Oblast Philharmonic, director of the philharmonic Elena Podolyak told BelTA.
