VITEBSK, 6 May (BelTA) – A Belarusian-Russian joint company of Grandiscar plans to start the construction of a special purpose vehicle plant in the Free Economic Zone Vitebsk in 2011, Director of the company Yuri Lyubimov told reporters. VITEBSK, 5 May (BelTA) – In January-March the commodity export by FEZ Vitebsk resident companies rose by almost 21% over the same period of 2010 to $36.6 million, BelTA learnt form the FEZ administration.
